PHASE 1

​DESCEND:

Reclaiming the Hidden Muse inside the Cave

In the first phase of our time together, we enter the sacred descent. Into the fertile underworld where the hidden, forbidden, and long-silenced aspects of your creative and embodied self await your return. Before true creation can be born, we must first meet the places within you that have been shamed, muted, exiled, or taught they were too much, too wild, too sensual, too powerful to belong. As a woman, you are already an initiate of life, death, and rebirth through the cycles that live within your body. This phase honors that ancient intelligence by guiding you into an honest and compassionate descent into the layers of conditioning, ancestral memory, and identity structures that have shaped your relationship to visibility, eros, creativity, and authentic expression.

As we descend, you will be invited into an intimate exploration of the archetypal forces that live within your psyche, body, and lineage. Together, we begin to meet the exiled feminine aspects that may have been suppressed in order to belong, survive, or remain safe. You may encounter the Wild Woman who remembers her instinct and untamed truth, Lilith who holds forbidden wisdom and erotic sovereignty, the Witch who carries intuitive sight and ancestral memory, the Lover who longs to fully feel and create through devotion and sensual presence, and the Orphan or Invisible One who learned to disappear in order to be accepted. Rather than pathologizing these archetypes, we approach them as sacred intelligences, each carrying keys to your creative liberation and embodied power.

After the sacred descent of Phase One, where hidden and exiled aspects of self are compassionately reclaimed, Phase Two marks the moment when your life force begins to rise again. This phase is devoted to activating your embodied artistry and reclaiming your creative authority as a living, devotional relationship with the Muse.
